Booking Terms

Check-in is available between 2p.m and 7p.m.
A minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Should the deposits not be received as requested, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation without written or verbal notice

Any damages or missing items will be charged to your account upon departure.
Please note that this rate is per guest only and an additional amount will be charged for an extra person.

Cancellation Policy / Deposit Terms

Please note our cancellation policy / deposit terms: 
Cancellation made over 21 days before arrival : 70% refund of deposit
Cancellation made 14 - 21 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
Cancellation made 8 - 13 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit
Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival: no refund. of deposit
Should there be a no-show then all fees are forfeited

We reserve the right to charge the entire invoiced stay for premature cancellation of the booking

IF ARRIVAL IS 2 DAYS OR LESS - FULL ACCOMMODATION AMOUNT IS REQUIRED AS DEPOSIT
SINGLE DAY BOOKING = DEPOSIT IS FULL AMOUNT OF STAY

Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions
